1. The service
Confbooster provides a confidence assessment quiz and a personalized 30-day program (Starter or Complete tier). The service is digital content (PDFs and email prompts) delivered electronically.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Payhip, who acts as merchant of record. Your purchase agreement on the payment step is with Payhip; the delivery of the content is provided by Confbooster. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes.
3. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: 60-day action-based money-back guarantee, plus EU/UK 14-day statutory rights (subject to your express consent at checkout to begin digital delivery immediately).
4. Not a medical service
Confbooster is an educational and behavioral coaching product. It is not therapy, not a substitute for professional mental health care, and not diagnostic. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t share your access credentials, redistribute the program content, or attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We reserve the right to revoke access for material breaches, with a prorated refund where applicable.
