This is a working draft and will be replaced with a full Iubenda-generated policy before launch. The summary below reflects how we actually handle data so we can ship the funnel honestly in the meantime.
What we collect
- Your first name and email, when you complete the quiz email gate.
- Your quiz answers, primary and secondary archetype, and aspirational choice — used to personalize your program.
- Anonymized IP address (last octet zeroed) and User-Agent string, for abuse prevention and aggregate analytics.
- Marketing consent flag — checked only if you opted in.
How we use it
- To send you your archetype report and (if opted in) program emails.
- To improve the quiz, the program, and our content.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Sub-processors
- Supabase — encrypted storage of quiz submissions.
- Resend — transactional and program emails.
- Payhip — payments (we never see your card).
- PostHog (EU-hosted) — privacy-respecting product analytics.
- Refgrow — affiliate/referral tracking. Sets a cookie to credit the creator who referred you; used only to attribute referrals.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@confbooster.com and we’ll action it within 30 days.
