This page describes the rules our affiliate partners agree to when they promote Confbooster. These rules are designed to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the UK Advertising Standards Authority’s CAP Code.
Affiliates must disclose
Whenever an affiliate posts content recommending Confbooster, the post must clearly and conspicuously disclose the commercial relationship. Examples of compliant disclosures include:
- On TikTok / Instagram / YouTube: include
#ador#sponsoredat the start of the caption — not buried in a wall of hashtags. - In video: a verbal disclosure (“I earn a commission if you sign up through my link”) in the first 30 seconds.
- In written content: a clear sentence at the top of the post, before any link.
Affiliates must not
- Make medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed-outcome claims.
- Bid on the “Confbooster” brand name in paid search.
- Impersonate Confbooster, our founders, or any of our staff.
- Use spammy distribution (bought followers, unsolicited DMs, comment spam).
Our role
Confboosterpays a 50% commission on completed purchases through the affiliate’s tracking link, subject to our affiliate terms. Commissions are reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded.
Reporting non-compliance
If you see an affiliate violating these rules, please email hello@confbooster.com with a link to the content. We will investigate within 48 hours.
